About Us

Our History
Jason and Debra Thibodeau started D&J Professional Image in 1996. We were a small cleaning service and Debra and Jason did all the cleaning themselves. Since then we have grown at a steady and sustainable pace to where we are today. We have about 80 commercial clients and employ about 30 crew members. We have hired a general manager, Corey Thibodeau, and a dedicated quality control inspector, Cara Shirlock. We are large enough to handle any cleaning tasks you require but small enough to give you the personal attention you deserve.

Locally Owned and Operated
We are locally owned and operated. So when you become our client, you will be speaking directly to the Thibodeau family. All the accounts are supervised by Corey. We still perform most of the special requests our clients have and as a result, office managers know us by name. We are not referred to as the “cleaning people” because of the relationship we work hard to build with our clients.

Trained Staff
Corey trains all of our staff. This insures a consistent level of quality that office and facility managers demand. All of our technicians are hired by using a thorough screening process to insure they are the right person for that specific client.

Good Communication
As with any working relationship, communication is vital. You may have needs that come up without notice. We are available at all times to assist with those needs as they arise. All of our clients are given Corey's cell phone so you can speak directly to us at any time.

Quality Control
All of our clients are given periodic quality control checks during office hours by our quality control inspector. This helps to prevent issues from arising. It also gives us a chance to say hello to all of our clients and lets our clients put a face to a service that happens mostly after hours.

Immediate Problem Resolution
On rare occasions problems do arise. The quality of a cleaning company can be measured by how they handle these issues. We correct mistakes the night they are noticed, not on the next cleaning day. No matter how small the issue is. We will re-clean the entire office if necessary at no charge to correct that issue. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

Fully Insured
We have complete coverage to protect your entire office. Our insurance package includes general contractor liability, workman’s compensation, and employee bonding insurance. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
